My name is Monica 😊

I’m an energetic intuitive, writer, and artist devoted to helping others awaken to the truth within themselves.

Art has always been my first love. Even as my path wound through different careers, I always knew—deep down—that I was being guided back to painting, specifically to channeling light language through color and sound. My paintings are more than art; they are transmissions, carrying frequency and energy meant to awaken, soothe, and inspire the heart.

Sharing my light language paintings on YouTube initially felt like coming full circle, finally giving voice to what I had always known I was meant to express. Over time, that space began to open into something more. My channel has grown into a place for personal reflections, lived integration, and quiet conversations about what it truly feels like to walk the path of awakening as a human. Through story, presence, and authenticity, YouTube became another way to meet others, through voice, reflection, and shared humanity.

My journey began in the world of science and structure. I earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and once walked the path toward becoming a doctor, drawn to healing and the mysteries of life and consciousness. But as I moved forward, I felt a quiet pull toward a different kind of medicine, one that couldn’t be taught in textbooks, but was felt through energy, presence, and soul remembrance.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: dog walker, real estate agent, professional photographer, artist, and past life regression facilitator (QHHT & BQH). Beneath them all, I’ve always been an empath, attuned to the energy of others and called to reflect their light back to them.

I’m also the author of Remembering You, a short, heart-led guide for those beginning to awaken and seeking gentle tools for their spiritual journey. This book was born from my own awakening, a deeply personal unfolding that continues to shape everything I create. I just completed my second book, Past Lives, which is a deeply personal novella mirroring my own story & journey ~ exploring themes of remembrance, love, and soul connection across lifetimes.

More recently, I’ve begun sharing written reflections through my blog, offering gentle insights on navigating awakening with honesty, surrender, and presence. 

Alongside these writings, my personalized light language channeled paintings serve as visual whispers, energy transmissions expressed through color and frequency to awaken, harmonize, and soothe the soul. One of the greatest gifts of this journey has been opening myself up to connection. Sharing through these various modalities has led me to meet and connect with other soul family, kindred spirits who reflect truth, remembrance, and love in ways that continually expand my heart. This sense of shared humanity and resonance has been one of the most meaningful and affirming aspects of my path so far.

Through my writing, art, and the energy I transmit, my intention is always the same: to help others gently return home to themselves.

I now live by the sea in the Florida Keys, where I’m constantly reminded that life, like the ocean tides ~ flows best when we let go and surrender.
